Shipping Policy
The delivery time for orders is divided into two parts:
1. Processing Time
This includes order verification, customization, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are typically sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.
2. Shipping Time
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your delivery address.
Shipping Times by Region
USA:
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: Delivery within 1 week (if the item is in stock).
Australia, Canada, U.K., & Europe:
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: Delivery within 1-2 weeks (if the item is in stock).
Other Countries:
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: Delivery within 2-4 weeks (if the item is in stock).
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured. If your item is lost during transit or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost, provided sufficient proof is provided.
Priority Insured Shipping
With Priority Insured Shipping, your order will be prioritized on our dispatch list. Depending on order volume, delivery time may be similar to Standard Shipping. However, your order will be fully insured for added protection.
Additional Shipping Information
Multiple Shipments: Some products may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times due to our multiple warehouse locations.
Tracking Numbers: Tracking numbers may take a few days to update with accurate information. Please allow up to a week for tracking details to appear. Note that shipping may take longer than estimated for certain countries.
Delays: Depending on the volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may experience delays. We are working hard to ensure timely dispatch, but please understand that delays can occur. Rest assured, we do not compromise on the quality of our products, and we appreciate your patience.
Order Changes
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will be happy to assist you. If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any changes. To avoid any disappointment, please double-check the size and color before finalizing your order.
